What exactly is a workstation?
Any spot someone can book or occupy: a desk, a flex spot, a quiet spot or a phone booth. Meeting rooms are counted separately, because they carry their own panel and software.
Do we pay per employee?
No. Users are unlimited. A company of 900 people on 300 workstations pays for 300 workstations, which is the whole point of a shared office.
Is the hardware included?
Sensors and room panels are quoted separately, because it depends on your floor and what is already installed. You can buy them or lease them with the subscription.
Can we start with one floor?
That is what we recommend. A pilot on one floor shows real occupancy within weeks, and gives you the numbers to decide on the rest of the building.
What is the contract term?
One year is standard, three years brings the price down. Billing is annual, and you can add workstations during the term.
Where does our data live?
On European infrastructure, and it never leaves it. We measure spaces, not people: there are no profiles of individual employees.
